Good Hope Country Day School Sailing

The GHCDS sailing team practices with and registers for the youth sailing team, but are still GHCDS student athletes who are expected to be present and on time to practices while keeping up with schoolwork. Students in grades 8 - 12 are eligible to join.

The practice schedule is:

Tuesday & Thursday: 4 PM - 6 PM (dusk)

Saturday: 9 AM - 1PM

All sailors at practice are part of the same team, however, the GHCDS sailors have the opportunity to compete in off-island SAISA Interscholastic Sailing regattas.

Regattas are an additional expense that the sailor is responsible for paying. Neither SCYCSA nor GHCDS are responsible for off island regatta costs.
